WDH's property team have entrusted and collaborated with Quantum2 for many years. The Merefield House project required 30 cable managed workstations, bench desking, storage and task chairs as staff relocated from now redundant offices in the Town Centre.
With existing staff already working in Merefield House, the nature of this project demanded the least disruption possible to the 'business critical' working environment. Q2 created 2D & 3D plans to assist with the decision making process in throughout this project.
Once all specifications and layouts were agreed, the project demanded that timescales were met. Q2's highly trained and experienced installation team built all furniture on site, cleared and took away all waste packaging for recycling.
All office furniture was installed by Quantum2 on the weekend to avoid any 'down time' and was supplied from a network of partners within our UK manufacturing supply chain, all of which hold credentials for sustainability and the environment. Deadlines were met with 100% satisfaction from WDH.
